Windsor Park East Condominium Association (“Association,” “we”) operates the community at 1699 Alcan Drive, Menasha, WI 54952, including KindHOA at windsorparkeast.com and related Association communications (email and, where enabled, Association SMS).
Information we collect: Owner/resident names, unit numbers, mailing addresses, emails, phone numbers, payment-related records needed for dues and Association business, and messages you send us (including texts, if you opt in).
How we use it: To manage the condominium (dues, notices, maintenance, governance, vendor coordination), respond to owner questions, and send Association-related communications you opt into.
Sharing: We do not sell personal information. We may share with service providers who help us operate (for example KindHOA, payment processors, and messaging vendors) under their agreements, or when required by law.
SMS: If you opt in to Association text messages, we use your number only for Association messages described in our SMS Messaging Terms. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help.
Security and retention: We take reasonable steps to protect information and keep it as needed for Association operations and legal requirements.
